Music summer between the rivers Inn and Salzach

A duo, who inspires their audience time and again: the cellist Raphaela Gromes and the pianist Julian Riem from Munich.

Her, a virtuoso on the cello with a sparkling personality who captures her audience from the beginning on. Him, one of the most versatile pianists and the perfect piano accompanist for the cello. On Friday, July 19, at 8 pm the audience of the music summer gets the chance to experience the two artists from up-close during their concert in the Aula maior of the TUM Science and Study Center Raitenhaslach. The city of Burghausen offers again its "culture shuttle bus" which starts at 7 pm from the station "Diabelli" in direction of Raitenhaslach.

The duo exists since 2012 and the two musicians are known for their passionate access to music and their intuitive way of understandig the musical intentions of each other. This time, their concert contains works of Beethoven, Rossini, Martinů and Castelnuovo-Tedesco. On the occasion of the 200th birthday of Jacques Offenbach, Raphaela Gromes and Julian Riem are also going to play two pieces of the famous composer.
